Next Level Leadership integrates group and individual coaching along with a developmental group dynamic experience. You and your cohort will meet for one full-day a month to focus on individual development with the advantages of being surrounded by a group of people who become part of your team. Team dynamics are fostered to provide acceptance, love and support which creates an optimal environment for growth and development. We engage in proven trainings which include Immunity to Change Mapping, which is a powerful tool to discover what a person really wants and what are the fears inhibiting their desires. We also integrate Positive Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, the Enneagram and other tools that encourage personal insights and development. Our greatest joy is seeing our members develop into the most inspiring version of themselves.
