Trainings
Our trainings are customized to fit your team’s needs.
Training Days can be highly effective if they are based more on a developmental model than inspiration. We want every member to leave inspired because they have done the work of developing themselves. Research shows that employees are burnt out not because of work overload but because of a lack of development. Developing our capacities is exciting and stimulating work. We invite every person to engage in the learning and developmental process. Training days are opportunities to not only learn new skills but putting into place and implementing ways to practice these new skills. Implementing new improvement goals then lead to new neuropathways and patterns for doing life and work with success.
The Enneagram iEQ9
Discovering the Enneagram has helped many of our clients gain a deeper understanding of the stories they tell themselves and how to have more compassion and empathy not only for themselves but for others as well. We have watched the power of the Enneagram bring teams together and appreciate one another’s strengths and build understanding into the challenges each type faces. This opens up much needed understanding, dialogues and even accountability. The Enneagram saves time and gives us a peak into the makings of each type. It helps cultivate self-knowledge. The more self-aware any human can become the more likely they are going to develop into a wholehearted human and compassionate leader.
Immunity to Change Mapping
This helps crack the code of how to overcome our resistance to change. Through the use of the Immunity to Change Map, clients determine their improvement goal, explore their individual and team resistance to change and why, and then begin to overcome what is holding them back. Clients are able to move forward in productive and positive ways. This training begins with each team member completing their personal Immunity to Change Map to determine their individual resistances and to provide insight on the effects of these resistances on themselves and others. Next, the team analyzes what their collective immunity to change is and how these are holding them back from meeting their improvement goals.
Emotional Intelligence EQ-I 2.0
A personal development model that is divided into 5 components and 15 capacities. This gives leaders insight into their own emotional and social functioning. We must first understand how our emotions impact us, then we can see how we impact others which gives us the ability to lead towards improved outcomes. Through this training, teams begin to look at how they make decisions, how they handle stressful situations, how the relate to themselves and others, and how this affects their performance and productivity.
Positive Intelligence
Measures the amount of time your mind is serving your as opposed to sabotaging you. It helps shift our mindsets from negative to positive through three practices. First, it creates awareness of our own automatic and habitual mind patterns that carry their own negative beliefs and assumptions. Then, it teaches mental fitness techniques to use when we are in a negative frame of mind. Lastly, it builds our capacity for positive thinking through practices in empathy, exploration, innovation, navigation, and activation. A Positive Intelligence training focuses on awareness of team dynamics and how to better manage those.
